Peru has just change Interim President, elections are to happen some time in April. There are difficulties on creating a consensus and connections. The election today has more than 20 candidates. Ecuador: some pressure from the street safety in some regions and the medium to poor economic outcomes are pressuring the actual president and making some extra works with the chambers.
